Final Four

The Final Four is set. Four teams are headed to Indianapolis: #1 Duke, #2 West Virginia, #5 Michigan State, and #5 Butler. Three number one seeds and two number two seeds are out. What are your thoughts on the teams this year in the final four? The cinderellas - Saint Mary's, Northern Iowa and Cornell are now out - so no more dreaming, as is the overall top seed in the tournament - Kansas - gone in the 2nd round. Even though this is the first time since 2004 that Duke has reached the Final Four, I believe Duke has the best shot to win it all because of the great coaching by Coach K, the outstanding playing of Nolan Smith, Jon Scheyer, and Kyle Singler. These three have carried this team throughout the season and the tournament. Finally, Duke is my choice simply because I think they are the hungriest team out there - but that's just my opinion. What's yours?

  1. West Virginia looks like the team of destiny this year. They've got the toughness and talent to handle Duke and either Butler or Mich. St. Take Me Home, Country Roads is going to be playing right with One Shining Moment on Monday night in Indy.

  2. West Virginia is the bigger team than Duke, but the quickness of Duke is hard to stop. For West Virginia to win the need a great game out of point guard Joe Mazzulla, Kevin Jones and Da'Sean Butler they will have a good chance to win. For Duke it' sall about how the big three play(Nolan Smith, Jon Scheyer, and Kyle Singler.) In my perspective whoever wins that Duke-West Virginia game is going to be the national champion.
